Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and confirmed.

As many of our items are handmade or carefully assembled, processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

MeZiKreations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MeZiKreations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, MeZiKreations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if you experience delivery issues.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
